Tonight I had Greg shave my head. I tried as hard as I could to be brave and only shed a few tears. Feels really weird having stubbles on the head. I took a few Ativan before the big moment to help me relax but I have to say that the love from my Husband was the best medicine of all to get me through this experience. I have chemo #2 tomorrow morning and a doppler test to check for a blood clot in my right calf since it’s been hurting for several months. Time to relax now…will write more soon.

I love you Aunt Annie! You are a very strong women, no matter how weak you feel somedays! I have been thinking about you a lot latley – but don’t want to call cuz I know you are needing a lot of rest and your evenings are busy with the kids & Greg. Pleaseknow that I am thinkingof you all the time! Let’s plan an afternoon together really soon!
I also want to take you fishing one of these days… but first buy you a really cute fishing hat! And by the way – you look so adorable without hair! I think your cute face is even sweeter!
Greg is doing a good job of taking care of you! But remember, I am always here for you too! Please call me and letme know what I can do to help! I LOVE YOU!!!
